5:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Sunset Dinner): Head out for your group's first-night cliffside dinner at Teja.
9:30 PM – 2:00 AM: Head straight over to Hatch for their massive jungle-themed party night (peak vibe starts around 10:00 PM).
Tuesday 15 Sep: Beach Chill, Massage, Fire Show & Dinner Party
10:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Take it easy in the morning, then head out to explore the beautiful white sands of Melasti Beach or Thomas Beach.
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM (Group Massage Time): Hit up a top local day spa like Our Spa Uluwatu or Laniakea Spa for a 60-to-90-minute traditional Balinese massage. Enjoying this on your second day keeps the afternoon beautifully relaxed.
3:00 PM – 3:45 PM: Head back to the Airbnb to change into your evening outfits.
4:30 PM – 7:00 PM (Uluwatu Fire Temple Show): Arrive at the temple grounds by 4:30 PM to secure tickets and get seats together for the 6:00 PM Kecak Fire Dance. The show ends exactly at 7:00 PM.
7:30 PM – Midnight: Drive straight from the temple to Rolling Fork for dinner. You'll arrive at the perfect time to eat your meal as the initial Salsa social dancing starts, finishing your food right before the live Latin band takes over the room at 9:30 PM.
Wednesday 16 Sep: Surf & Single Fin VIP Session
9:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Beginner Surf Lessons): Head down to Baby Padang or Dreamland Beach for your rescheduled morning surf session. You can easily hire qualified local instructors right on the sand for a fun 2-hour group lesson.
11:30 AM – 3:30 PM: Explore the beautiful tide pools and cliff caves at Suluban Beach right by Single Fin, grab a casual lunch, and head back to the Airbnb to clean up.
4:30 PM – Midnight: Head to Single Fin for their massive Wednesday session. Book a VIP Booth online in advance to guarantee a great space for 5 people. Arrive by 4:30 PM to beat the sunset rush (sunset is at 6:17 PM). 6M total for the table
Midnight – 3:00 AM: Walk down the road to Tabu to finish your night dancing to deep house.
Thursday 17 Sep: Leaving Uluwatu
11:00 AM: Check out of your Airbnb and meet your driver to catch your speedboat to Nusa Lembongan.

4:30 PM – Boardwalk Stroll: Walk or ride just a minute south to the cliffside steps and stroll along the scenic Jungut Batu boardwalk.
5:30 PM – Golden Hour: Grab a premium cocktail at The Deck Cafe & Bar to watch the sunset over the main bay.
7:00 PM – Welcome Dinner: Enjoy a fresh, relaxed dinner in the beautiful gardens at Tigerlillys right on your street.
Friday 18 Sep: Manta Rays & Island Hopping
8:00 AM – Manta Swim: Head down to Jungut Batu beach for a half-day snorkeling boat trip out to Manta Bay to swim with wild manta rays.
10:30 AM – Reef Snorkeling: Cruise over to Mangrove Point to explore the island's most vibrant coral gardens and schools of tropical fish.
12:30 PM – Yellow Bridge: Head back to your hotel to quickly freshen up, then ride your scooter 10 minutes south across the iconic Yellow Bridge.
1:15 PM – Blue Lagoon: Marvel at the neon-blue waters of Blue Lagoon on Nusa Ceningan, then grab lunch over the cliffs at Mahana Point.
4:00 PM – Beach Club Vibe: Ride back to Lembongan and secure a daybed at Ohana's Beachfront Resort for beachside bonfires and wood-fired pizza.

04:30 PM – 05:00 PM: Catch a quick 15-minute taxi from Pejeng Kawan to the start of the Campuhan Ridge Walk.
05:00 PM – 06:15 PM: Enjoy your sunset canyon walk. The ridge catches a gorgeous golden-hour glow. Hit the path 45 minutes before the 6:17 PM sunset for the perfect lighting.
06:30 PM – 08:30 PM: Drive into central Ubud for a sophisticated fusion dinner at Donna (or elsewhere), enjoying their chic, poolside dining room.
08:30 PM onwards: Walk over to IBU SUSU Bar & Kitchen for high-end, handcrafted late-night cocktails (or a chill bar) before taking a taxi home.
Day 2: Villa Chill, Cretya Pool Party & Luxury Chef Dinner

10:15 AM – 12:30 PM: Group Silver Jewellery-Making Class in town (everyone joins together here before the afternoon split next day).
12:30 PM – 01:30 PM: Drive up to the main Tegallalang Rice Terrace ridges for valley photos and a stroll through the emerald trails.
01:30 PM – 03:30 PM: Cultured Balinese Lunch Stop. Sit down at d'Alas Restaurant or Tis Cafe. Order a traditional, rich platter of slow-cooked Bebek Betutu (duck marinated in base gede spice paste wrapped in banana leaves) or authentic local crispy duck, complete with spicy sambal matuh and long bean lawar salad.
3:30 PM – 05:30 PM: Cretya Ubud Jungle Club. Dedicate a full 3 hours to Cretya Ubud. Swim in the multi-tiered pools, order cocktails at the swim-up bars, and soak in the high-energy afternoon house music DJ vibe. (Or the coffee club)
05:30 PM – 07:00 PM: Return to Villa Manga to freshen up and relax before your special evening.
07:00 PM onwards: In-Villa Private Dining. Your hired private chef team arrives at the villa to prepare and serve a bespoke multi-course Indonesian tasting menu right on your outdoor terrace (arrange through Airbnb host).
Day 3: Morning Adrenaline & Extended Afternoon Villa Escape
07:30 AM – 08:15 AM: Enjoy a light, quick breakfast at your villa.
08:30 AM – 02:00 PM: ATV & White Water Rafting Combo (or any other activity). An outfitter picks you up for a high-adrenaline morning paddling down the rapids of the Ayung River, followed by a muddy jungle quad bike tour. A casual Indonesian buffet lunch is included at their base camp.
Beth’s notes: personally wouldn’t do the white water rafting again however happy to do ATV and tubing.
02:00 PM – 07:00 PM: Ultimate Villa Escape. You have a massive 5-hour afternoon block here to swim, drink, and sunbathe at Villa Manga completely undisturbed.
07:00 PM – 07:30 PM: Get dressed up for your final evening out.
07:30 PM onwards: Final Night Dinner Out. head to Akar Ubud by K Club. Located only 15 minutes away, it features a visually spectacular bamboo canopy overlooking a deep jungle valley with brilliant evening lighting displays.
Day 4: Checkout Day & Scenic Farewell Breakfast
09:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Pack your bags and check out of Villa Manga.
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Head to Zest Ubud for your farewell breakfast. Perched high on a hill overlooking lush jungle canopies, it serves phenomenal breakfast plates in a stunning, open-air tropical structure that perfectly caps off your Ubud experience.

04:30 PM – Sunset Cocktails at La Brisa Bali: Head to Echo Beach for your reserved table/deck space. Booking ahead ensures your group of five skips the walk-in queues and sits right under the fairy lights to watch the sunset.
